Over eight days aboard Fair Jeanne, the wind decides where we go. This voyage is about finding the rhythm of tall ship life — hauling lines, steering at the helm, setting sails — and discovering how leadership and teamwork grow naturally with every nautical mile.

From anchoring in quiet coves to practicing emergency drills or visiting a local port, each day brings a new adventure. With no cell phones, you’ll learn to be comfortable with the unknown and fully present in the moment. Build practical skills — from woodworking and sail repair to helping the ship’s cook prepare meals and learning how the engine works. Study the stars at night and discover what it means to truly live, learn, and lead.
